On the morning of November 8, 2023, the (4th) International Carbon Neutrality and Green Investment Conference, hosted by the Investment Association of China, will be held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) in Meeting Room C0-03.
As the global climate crisis intensifies, “Carbon Neutrality” is a crucial theme in “Belt and Road” cooperation. With the conference theme of “Jointly Building the ‘Belt and Road’ to Create a Vision of Zero Carbon,” various aspects will be focused upon such as development trends, international cooperation, corporate practices, and energy transformation concerning carbon neutrality’s new opportunities. Additionally, in response to the global Zero-Carbon Vision Initiative, the conference will introduce the outcomes and opportunities of green investment cooperation among countries, offering new concepts, injecting new vitality, and establishing a new platform for international cooperation.
During the conference, the “Zero Carbon China” evaluation standards pilot and a series of blue papers will be released, providing more specific and scientific guidance and foundations for the development of Zero Carbon Cities. The conference will also feature keynote speeches on carbon neutrality, international cooperation, green investment with high-level dialogues aimed at pioneering new paradigms for international cooperation.
